Practicing real estate since 2014, she’s truly an expert in the Pacific Northwest. Choosing to raise her family and simultaneously run a business in her hometown speaks volumes about how much Lindsay loves this community.

Olalla Real Estate Broker

I grew up here on the peninsula, in Gig Harbor, and the Pacific Northwest has always been my home. I’m thrilled to be able to show you around my favorite areas of the state, and make you feel welcome. For buyers or sellers in Olalla and Kitsap County, I’m here to make your dreams a reality.

Olalla, WA

The town of Olalla, Washington in Kitsap County is located on the Puget Sound, and is home to the famous Polar Bear Plunge, as well as the Olalla Americana Music Festival and the Olalla Vineyard & Winery.

The name “Olalla” comes from a Chinook Native American word meaning “place of many berries,” and the Olalla Valley is still home to several berry farms you can visit and pick your own fresh berries in season!

Located on the waterfront of the South Kitsap Peninsula overlooking Olalla Bay to the east, and lush forests to the west, and just a ferry ride away from Vashon Island and Seattle, Olalla is a beautiful and ideal spot to make your home.

If you are looking to move to Olalla, I’m the last REALTOR® in Kitsap County you’ll ever need to see! My mission and main priority is helping you find your dream home. Real Estate can be competitive, so it’s so important to have a knowledgeable real estate agent who really cares in your corner. I’m prepared to make your dream my mission, whether you’re buying or selling!

Living in Olalla

Olalla, Washington is a small community nestled in the heart of Kitsap County. As one of the safest places in the surrounding area, and with a population of 5,233, Olalla is a small town with a big heart. The town is served by the South Kitsap School District and home to Olalla Elementary School.

Olalla is an outdoors and nature lover’s paradise, with plenty of nearby parks and hiking trails to keep even the most active adventurers busy. Olympic National Forest is also about an hour away via car–just jump on Highway 3!

There is also a local winery, an annual music festival, and berry picking, among many other activities in Olalla. The town also boasts plenty of shopping and dining. Head down to the pier for small shops and restaurants!

With Vashon Island and Seattle both accessible via the Southworth Ferry, Olalla also offers plenty of local day trip opportunities. Olalla is less than 40 minutes from Tacoma via car, and less than 30 minutes from both Gig Harbor and Bremerton.

The Kitsap Peninsula is full of hidden gems, just waiting to be discovered. When you live in Olalla, you just know!

A Little Local Flavor

One of the only surviving buildings from Olalla’s early days is the Al’s Grocery building, a favorite and point of pride for town locals. Olalla is also home to award-winning author Gregg Olsen, who recently bought the Al’s Grocery building and is currently renovating it to include more shops and restaurants, with plans to open in June of 2022.

A strong sense of community pervades life in Olalla, and you’ll definitely feel it when you’re here!
